How This Works
At Duty Free Meds, our process is designed to be as simple and efficient as your local pharmacy. Follow these easy steps to get your medication delivered to your doorstep.
1
Pick Your Medication
Browse our website and select the medication you need. Add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2
Provide Personal, Billing, and Shipping Information
Fill out your personal details, billing information, and shipping address accurately. This ensures your order is processed smoothly.
3
Upload Your Prescription
During checkout, you will be prompted to upload a valid prescription from a US prescriber. Please note, we do not accept screenshots of online portals or letters as prescriptions. Your prescription must be legal and binding.
4
Wait for Your Medication to Arrive
Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacy team, we will process your order. We do not charge your credit card until this review is complete. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Important Information to Note
- Prescription Approval: Your credit card will not be charged unless your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacy team.
- Tracking and Delivery: We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. All shipments require a mandatory signature upon arrival. It is your responsibility to retrieve your order.
Thank you for choosing Duty Free Meds. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer support team.
